Aqualogy and the Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI) invest up to 26.25 million euros in technology-based and innovative companies

Aqualogy, through its VENTO (Venture Opportunities) fund, has contributed 15 million euros; for its part, CDTI has contributed the sum of 11.25 million euros to the project. VENTO supports Spanish technology-based companies that work in the water cycle, environment, energy and smart city fields.

VENTO is part of the innovation and support strategy for Aqualogy’s entrepreneurs. Through its capital contribution, Aqualogy acts as the driving company with its know-how and market knowledge to promote the expansion and internationalisation of SMEs.

VENTO, managed by Suma Capital, acquires minority shareholdings in companies by investing from 0.5 to 5 million euros in start-ups, to finance them in their launch or expansion phase and help them obtain high growth potential.
